UK tenor saxophonist Shabaka Hutchings and his band Sons of Kemet – Theon Cross on tuba and drummers Tom Skinner (Mulatu Astatke) and Eddie Hick (Roots Manuva) – perform at The Imperial tonight as part of the TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival. Missy D opens.  Tickets $23. Showtime: 9 p.m.
