They join film institutions around the world in celebrating the 2018 centenary of Bergman one of the cinema’s pantheon talents. Most films will screen in new restorations created by the Swedish Film Institute for the worldwide celebration of Bergman’s 100-year jubilee.

OVERLOOKED
Since 1851, The New York Times has published thousands of obituaries, the vast majority chronicled the lives of men, mostly white ones. The newspaper now aims to correct this oversight in Overlooked, an ongoing series launched with the stories of 15 remarkable women including Bollywood legend Madhubala and photographer Diane Arbus.
