Edible Garden Project at North Shore Neighbourhood House’s Emily Jubenvill holds a Tiny Tim tomato plant in a hand-built cedar planter from LifeSpace Projects. The two organizations have partnered for the first annual Tiny Tim Tomato Competition. Drop by Loutet Farm and pick up one of the planters and plants for $30. Post five updates between now and Aug. 24 on facebook.com/LifeSpaceProjects documenting yourself with the plant as well as its growth and water requirements. The public will vote and whichever photo gets the most “likes” by Aug. 31 will win a hand-built self-watering LifeSpace Garden. Proceeds will support the Edible Garden Project.
