North Vancouver City Library’s Walter Zicha and Edible Garden Project at North Shore Neighbourhood House’s Emily Jubenvill invite the public to attend a free workshop marking the launch of their new Seed Library Collection and Seed Club, Monday, May 25 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the library, located at 120 West 14th St. The public is invited to drop in for free vegetable gardening advice, browse resources and learn about the library’s new Seed Club, which sees seeds lent to members of the public, free of charge, with an aim of creating greener spaces, encouraging people to grow their own food and facilitating community learning. nvcl.ca
