A visitor to the Ambleside duck pond had a very Canadian moment Sunday when she encountered a beaver.
"In all our years of hiking and walking our shores, we’ve seen signs of beavers in our wetland areas, but we have never seen a beaver this close up and obviously chill about people and dogs," says Leslie MacKinnon.
