Seymour Guides and Rangers holding recycling event

Taryn McIntosh, Laura Neale and Amber McIntosh prepare for the Seymour Guides and Seymour Rangers spring recycling event.

The guides and rangers will be accepting clothing, textiles, pop cans and bottles, electronics and small appliances with the goal of keeping items out of the landfill.

The event is set for Dorothy Lynas Elementary School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27. Girl Guide cookies will be available.
