Matt Roan, Jen Bajus, Cailan Garden, and Suza Sternadel knuckle up as RYU Apparel gets set to host a women’s self-defence course at their Park Royal store Tuesday, Aug. 7 beginning at 6:45 p.m.
The free event, dubbed F.I.R.E. (Females Fighting with Intensity, Reaction and Energy) is designed to empower women by giving them physical and verbal tips to fend off attackers.
