Vancouver Police Const. Reid Edmonson gives Sentinel Grade 12 student and new driver Jessica Koch a “positive ticket” for displaying her N sign on her commute to school Tuesday.
In partnership with ICBC and the school district, officers were handing out 7-11 coupons to drivers who demonstrated good driving behaviour by adhering to class 7 restrictions.
