The tables were turned on Friday night as clients at Innovative Fitness West Van were able to get a little bit of revenge on their trainers at the latest Train the Trainer Event. No rules, no limits, just punishment, but all in good fun and for a good cause. As a result, Innovative Fitness West Van raised $12,500 for the North Shore Family Services.
