Argyle Secondary Grade 10 students Daniel Tyson and Campbell Gardner won the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) grant on March 12. They earned a $5,000 donation for a charity of their choice and chose the Harvest Project.
YPI is an opportunity for youth to become involved in learning about and contributing to charities in their local community, and to become young philanthropists.
This is Argyle's eighth year in the program and they have raised $40,000 for local North Vancouver charities.
