19 trees planted at North Vancouver elementary school

Lynn Valley Elementary Parent Advisory Council members Brenda Martin and Kath Britton, Laura Cottle of Tree Canada, and PAC member Nicole Eskes get digging as they plant one of 19 trees on Lynn Valley Elementary school grounds last month.

The project was made possible after Lynn Valley Elementary's Parent Advisory Council received a grant for $3,500 from Tree Canada.

Tree Canada volunteers, along with volunteers from Telus, Diamond Head Consulting, the PAC and the school district  helped as part of the group effort.
