Four members of the North Shore Inline Hockey League will suit up for Team Canada at the inaugural Federation Internationale Roller Sports World Roller Games running Aug. 25 to Sept. 10 in Nanjing, China.

Connor Pratt, Matteo Pecchia, Clint Colebourn and Caleb Magee will all don the red and white for the Junior (18U) world championship tournament. Hundreds of players from across Canada were evaluated during the team’s selection process.

The North Shore players all bring impressive ice hockey and roller hockey resumes with them to China. Pratt plays in the North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association while Pecchia, Colebourn and Magee all play ice hockey at the North Shore Winter Club. Both Pratt and Magee have won world championship medals with Canada’s inline team at the 16U level.
