The West Vancouver Highlanders senior boys soccer team took on the Handsworth Royals in a battle for first place Oct. 11 and it was the Highlanders that took the high ground, winning 3-0. West Van now sits six points clear of second-place Sutherland in the North Shore AAA league and are unbeaten on the season.
