On the night of Thursday February 14, it was a Valentine’s Day showdown as the Handsworth Royals hosted the Argyle Pipers for the 2013 North Shore Senior Girls AAA Basketball Championship.

The season series between the two teams was split at a game apiece and the deciding match was for all the marbles.
