Capilano rugby club’s U17 men's team won their second straight provincial title Sunday at Klahanie Park, cruising to a 58-10 win over Vancouver Island champions Oak Bay Castaway Wanderers. The Caps lost their first match of the season in early September but then ran off seven straight wins, including Sunday’s championship final.
