Dear Editor:
With all the negativism in our daily world, I was elated today to find unexpected beauty. I was walking my dog along St. Andrews Street and I heard the most beautiful Chopin piano music circulating the neighbourhood. As I approached the terrace of the HOpe Centre, I saw a young woman playing the piano on the patio. I wanted her to know how much it was appreciated.
A few hours later after exiting my dentist at Harbourview I saw the most beautiful rainbow over the North Shore Mountains. How can we not give thanks to live in this wonderful place!
