Dear Editor:
Thank you for your long and detailed article on congestion on the Cut. It was all very interesting except that it danced around the point: North Shore bridges are at capacity and have been for 15 years. We need a tunnel under Burrard Inlet.
After 55 years of inactivity, since the completion of the Second Narrows, and endless studies and delays on the Third Crossing, perhaps it is finally time to do something.
