Dear Editor:
Cripes! Don’t you get it yet? Tolls on traffic (Upward Mobility editorial, June 1) are not the answer. The solution is simple: begin a vigorous slowdown on building of highrises. I almost guarantee a 30 per cent decrease of traffic on the Cut and bridges. Buildings are going up by leaps and bounds, and so close together they can see into each others’ bedrooms.
