Thank goodness the weather’s improving. That’s likely what many Metro Vancouverites have been thinking this week as gas prices hit a record $1.59 a litre, possibly prompting some to ditch their vehicle for the more cost-effective method of setting out on foot.

Premier John Horgan has said the spike in gas prices is not related to B.C. and Alberta’s tussle over the proposed Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion. Regardless, Vancouverites are feeling it at the pump. Are you driving less as prices skyrocket?
