So after 12 (is it really that long) wonderful years, Le Bistro Chez Michel is closing. This fabulous piece of France, minus airfare and rip-off prices, has been a jewel in North Shore dining. It has set the bar high for the cuisine and service offered in North Vancouver. To you and your immaculate waiter Peter - undoubtedly one of the finest in the whole of Canada - I want to say a big thank you and wish you well in West Vancouver. Merci beaucoup et bon voyage.
