Anthropologist, author and explorer Wade Davis was the feature attraction at the West Vancouver Memorial Library Foundation's gala fundraiser, held at Capilano Golf and Country Club Nov. 19.
Davis signed copies of his most recent book, Into The Silence: The Great War, Mallory and the Conquest of Everest and offered insight into his work, which has taken him all over the world. Guests at the sold-out event also enjoyed a reception followed by dinner.
