Vancouver charity Yoga Outreach will launch its second annual yoga challenge Oct. 8 with the aim of raising $30,000 in 30 days to support charitable yoga outreach programs for adults and youth in need across the Lower Mainland. Yoga Outreach trains yoga teachers to deliver yoga classes in settings that include drug and alcohol recovery centres, mental health facilities, prisons, youth groups and women's transition houses.
