The shell is all that remains of one unit of a townhouse on the 300-block of Fourth Street. City of North Vancouver Fire Department is investigating.

Fire gutted a townhouse in the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood early Saturday morning, the North Vancouver City Fire Department has confirmed. The fire ruined one unit in the building, while smoke and fire damage spread to the adjoining units in the 300-block of Fourth Street.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
