Seaspan president and CEO Brian Carter welcomes Wes Nahanee and a pile of paddlers to the North Vancouver marine facility during the Pulling Together Canoe Journey.
Featuring Indigenous people, police and armed forces, approximately 160 canoeists embarked on a two-week trip from Vancouver Island to HMCS Discovery in Stanley Park in a bid to help eliminate prejudice and stereotypes between public service agencies and First Nations.
