District of North Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services members assist a Lynn Valley senior who became stuck Thursday while trying to climb down from his second-floor balcony using a blanket as a rope. The incident tied up traffic on Lynn Valley Road during the morning rush hour while firefighters brought in a ladder truck to safely help the man down. No one was hurt in the incident.
