Approximately 150 community members gathered at West Vancouver's Hollyburn Country Club Dec. 7 for a Black and Pink Gala. The event was presented by Meagan Corbett and Zoey Stimpson who set a goal, which they met, of raising $40,000 in 2012 to aid in the construction and operation of facilities for women and children who've been rescued from the sex trade in India. The initiative, called Change Her World, is a partnership with Off The Mat Into The World.
