The North Vancouver Community Arts Council's eighth annual Anonymous Art Show opening reception took place Nov. 22. The event saw patrons line up for half a block for their turn to enter host venue, CityScape Community Art Space, located at 335 Lonsdale Ave., to make their selection from almost 740 original pieces of art, all priced at $100.

The show, which continues until Dec. 15, raises funds for the council's community programs and supports emerging artists. Featured artists remain anonymous until after the purchase of their artwork.
