The Lower Lonsdale Business Association hosted the eighth annual Fall Festival at Lonsdale Quay Market Sept. 23. The waterfront plaza was abuzz with community members enjoying live entertainment ranging from dance to musical performances, business displays, historical tours, an artisan market and a host of family friendly activities.
