North Vancouver resident Angela Santoro and Squamish resident Kay Protheroe are organizing the second annual Healthy Family Expo, which takes place Sunday, March 29, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Vancouver Convention Centre East. Parents can browse more than 100 exhibitors, sample healthy food and drinks, test drive hybrid vehicles and learn ways to be more healthy, active and eco-friendly. Tickets are $8 in advance at healthyfamilyexpo.com, Whole Foods and London Drugs locations, or $12 at the door. Kids under 12 are free.
