This month may go down in history as the driest September ever. Environment Canada reports precipitation numbers recorded at Vancouver International Airport are close to smashing a record set in Steveston in 1907.

Meteorologist Trevor Smith notes if rain stays away this will be the driest August and September in 107 years. Lack of rain and lots of sun is providing a longer than usual summer. How do you feel about the unseasonably warm and dry weather? Find us on Facebook or Twitter and tell us how you are enjoying fall.

Bradley Fairall, Vancouver: It's nice to have an extended summer after a not-so-great spring.
Cyrus Montazam, North Vancouver: I haven't really noticed. It feels the same as last year. It's definitely
comfortable, though. But hotter weather could mean forest fire danger.
John Vavrik, West Vancouver: I love it. I can ride my motorcycle. I can't usually ride it this late into
September. It's a real treat.
Rita Manonkian, North Vancouver: I'm very, very happy about the weather. The sun puts everybody in a good
mood.
