Women and Wellness: The Canadian Mental Health Association will host a night designed to unite and empower women by reaching out to those affected by mental health issues, either personally or as an advocate for someone who is, Thursday, Feb. 9. The event will feature inspirational stories from Sarah Jamieson, an athlete running for social change; and, Jenn Hewlett, founder of Fresh Air Life. Time and location will be given upon registration at wellness@cmha.bc.ca.
