On Monday, August 7th, the installation of the chairlift towers for the brand new Mystery Peak Express proceeded on Mt. Seymour. The operation went smoothly and all towers are now in place. The new $5 million dollar quad chair will be ready for the upcoming 2012/13 ski season.

A section of the tower is carried from the parking lot.
Fighting the wind and swinging weight the workers maneuver the tower section into place.
As the bottom is secured workers climb ready for the next section of tower to arrive.
Hold onto your hat, as the helicopter lifts off.
The new section swings back and forth until it is ready to drop into place.
