Balinese performer and composer Putu Gede Sukaryana (Balot), currently Andrew Fellow visiting artist at UBC and the new artistic director of Vancouver’s Gita Asmara, will direct the gamelan ensemble in several of his compositions at Gamelan at the Roundhouse on Friday, April 27 at 7 p.m. at the Roundhouse Community Arts Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver).
