Gordon Grdina’s The Marrow perform the title track, “Ejdeha," from their new album released today on Songlines Recordings.

The album features Capilano University alum Grdina playing the oud with Mark Helias on bass, Hank Roberts on cello and Hamin Honari on tombak, daf and frame drum.

Grdina performs with Mat Maneri, Shahzad Ismaily and Christian Lillinger at The Ironworks on June 27 and with Hamin Honari and Itamar Erez at China Cloud on June 28 as part of this year’s TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
