Family Services of the North Shore Christmas Bureau co-ordinator Wendy McLellan accepts wooden toys handcrafted by West Vancouver wood worker Bill Chalmers who has donated hundreds of his toys for the past 24 years to the Christmas Bureau, which provides food, toys and other presents for low-income families.
