A North Shore kiteboarder heads into the chop at Ambleside Tuesday morning looking to catch some air during the the first major storm of the fall. Environment Canada recorded winds up to 70 km/h in West Vancouver. The storm downed powerlines and caused localized flooding but no major damage was reported.
