YWCA WorkBC, in conjunction with both the Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations, hosted a Journey to Employment Hiring Fair at the Pipe Shop at Shipbuilders Square in North Vancouver May 16.
More than 60 different employers were on hand to talk with prospective employees in a wide range of industries and fields ranging from financial, retail and restaurant, construction and trades.
