Chef Gianni Picchi is ready for the gala event Sapori d'Italia on Sept. 30, 6:30-11 p.m., at St. Martin's Anglican Church in North Vancouver.
Described as a "culinary extravaganza" with opera and other Italian music throughout the evening, the even will feature plenty of food, as well as a silent auction.
Early bird tickets are on sale now for $70 per person until July 31. After that date, the ticket price will be $75 per person.
