Isaac and Chloe Scott are looking forward to Family Literacy Day on Tuesday, Jan. 27. The North Vancouver City Library children’s department will celebrate the annual awareness initiative with family-friendly activities throughout the day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Drop in at the children’s program room from 3 to 4:30 p.m. to help paint an unusual alphabet.
