Const. Jeff Palmer, West Vancouver police spokesman, is seconds from free fall (in the photo below) on the Super Shot at the police department’s 12th annual Family Carnival at Ambleside Park. Hours are 3-10 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday.
A portion of the ride ticket proceeds goes to support West Van police youth programs.
