Those inclined to work up a sweat this long weekend won’t want to miss the opportunity to run, swim, and bike during the North Shore Triathlon held in and around Ron Andrews rec centre May 21, kicking off at 7 a.m. Racers can still register this weekend, and a pair of optional information sessions (one for the kids race and one for the adults race) are being held at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Ron Andrews on May 20.
