The North Shore Seniors Picnic was held June 21 on the great lawn at the West Vancouver Community Centre. Sunny skies welcomed picnic-goers and hundreds of local seniors enjoyed lunch and entertainment, while celebrating Canada Day, evident in their red and white garb.

A hat contest was also part of the fun. The annual picnic is made possible through the collaboration of a variety of local senior services agencies and volunteers.
