AS the season of attack ads, freshly slung mud, and even the odd discussion of competing political ideas kicks into high gear, incumbent Barack Obama and challenger Mitt Romney have one month to make their case for the White House.

Does Romney have a plan for a smaller, more efficient government that will restore the floundering U.S. economy?
