Volunteer musicians are needed to play for a Taize worship on the second Sunday of the month (flute, violin, oboe, clarinet, etc.). The Mosquito Creek Boat Show and Squamish Nation Days will take place Sept. 9 and 10, noon-6 p.m., Sept. 11, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sept. 12, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., at 415 West Esplanade, North Vancouver. The boat show will feature more than 200 boats on display, dozens of marine vendors and information booths. There will also be activities for kids. Festivities for the Squamish Nation Days include daily opening ceremonies with drummers and dancers, canoe races and a food court. Admission: $12.
