Representatives of the Silk Purse Arts Centre hosted an opening reception for their latest exhibition, Art of the Peoples of the Salish Sea, Aug. 21.

The mixed-media show features works by a variety of First Nations artists, including Jerry Whitehead, Cody Lecoy, Chrystal Sparrow, Christine MacKenzie, Mary Jane Joe, Jack Hendry, Anastasia Hendry, Danielle Hendry and Nancy Fong, as well as Richmond youth.
